Biography 
Founder and Executive Director: My name is Netmsnfrt MerrytMaat and I would like to introduce you to our staff.  DeAnna Williams ( Netmsnfrt MerrytMaat):  DeAnna was born in Harlem New York.  She  served 10 years of active duty service with the United States Army.  After  receiving an honorable discharge, DeAnna settled in Clarksville, TN  where  she attended Austin Peay State University (APSU) and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Upon completing her nursing degree she obtained employment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) in Nashville, TN.  Looking for upward growth within her nursing field, DeAnna relocated to her place of birth and attended SUNY Downststate University Medical Center where she earned her Master of Nursing degree in the field of Anesthesia.

During her graduate nursing studies, DeAnna researched holistic healthcare regimines. She also incorporated the study of the Medu Ntchr - the study of one of the original Egyptian language and ourstory of an Afrikan people. As a result of her studies and dedication to MAAT, DeAnna was given the name Netmsnfrt MerrytMaat by a Kemetic Priest.

The result of these studies inspired her to create businesses such as Zipporah Naturals, a natural beauty product company the supplies hand made aromatherapeutic soaps made with essential oils; designer fragrance oils, and natural bath salts to name a few. Netms also created a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthestist Corporation which provides the highest quality perioperative patient care to those she service. The latest business venture is MAAT 4 Afrika Inc which incorporates multifaceted business relationships with individuals that strive to maintain Peace, Harmony and Balance throughout Afrika and the Diaspora through healthcare prevention/maintenance; outreach modalities and education.

Biography 
Vice President and Organization Director:  Lorraine Clement:Lorraine was born in Harlem New York. She later went on to serve 6 years of active duty service and 16 years of civilian employment with the United States Army as a generalized medical laboratory technician. After returning to the United States in 1998, Lorraine obtained employment with a private laboratory until she relocated to Greenville North Carolina and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education with a minor in Biology.  Lorraine has been employed with several well-known medical facilities such as: Landstuhl Medical Center in Landstuhl West Germany, Wiesbaden Medical center in Wiesbaden Germany, Heidelberg Medical Center in Heidelberg Germany, Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC, and West Point Hospital in West Point, NY.
In 2004, Lorraine created the H.E.L.P. Centers Inc. a Nonprofit organization targeted at providing outreach and referral services to HIV positive individuals and their families.  In 2007, Lorraine completed her internship duties at Harlem Hospital Medical center infectious disease department where she conducted community HIV outreach awareness events and Rapid HIV testing and counseling.  Lorraine's ultimate goal is to obtain her Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies and utilize those skills to provide healthcare services to underprivileged and marginalized poverty stricken individuals, families, and communities.

Biography 
Exective Secretariat:  My name is Marva J. Mitchell. I was born and raised in the village of Harlem.  I am the mother of 3.  I was educated in the Public School system of New York City.  I have 62 earned creits towards my Bachelor'd Degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Psychology from the college of New Rochelle John Cardinal O'Connor Campus in Bronx, NY.
I have always been in the capacity of service to the community.  Whether managing a grocery store for 6 years or working for Private Industry as a Customer Service Representative for 13 years.  At the present time, I am employed as a Program Assistant for a not for profit organization for the past 4 years.  I also served as Co-Chairperson on the Board of Trustees and several other ministries for St. Luke Baptist Church where my duties are, but not limited to paying salaries, writing checks, etc. I have 19 years of Clerical/Administrative experience as my background. My hobbies are singing, cooking and crocheting.

Biography 
Executive Treasurer: Debra was born and raised on the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago where she attended high school. She married and moved to the US in 1991. Debra is an entrepreneur and military spouse of over 21 yrs. As a military spouse Debra lived in Germany for 12 years and was employed with TKS Telepaost Kabel –Service Kaiserslautern GmbH & Co.KG, the leading English-language
service provider in Germany as a store Manager. Her duties included the operational running of the facility and managing all employees. Her employees were responsible for providing telecommunication products and services to the US military, British Forces Germany, expat communities and civilians. She performed community and military town hall briefings to educate solders and family members on the telecommunication services available to them in Germany. Because of her ability to connect with people and her interpersonal communication skills she was also a primary companywide trainer for new employees.

Debra became the first female African American to hold a position at the company’s
Headquarters in Kaiserslautern, Germany. As an Assistant Sales Manager in the
Marketing and Sales Department she was involved in the strategic planning,
development and marketing of new products and services. She served as a liaison
between the TKS and the Army and Air force Exchange Service ( AAFES), along with
the military community.

While in Germany Debra served as President of several private organizations geared
towards promoting friendships, charity and community base service. Her love for people
and passion for helping others steered her in the direction she is currently pursuing
which is psychology and management leadership at The University of Maryland
University College UMUC.
